Bola Funke Likinyo, Deputy Director of Partnership Division of Extension & Linkage Department, brings a wealth of experience as a Chartered Human Resource Personnel M anager. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration (specializing in Human Resource and Personnel Management) from the University of Lagos. With a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Ondo State University, she also possesses diplomas in Mass Communication (Public Relations and Advertising) from University of Lagos, Human Resource and Personnel Management and Computer Science from Topclass Computer Institute now Lagos City Business School. She is a member of The Institute of Entrepreneurs, Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). She has attended many trainings and seminars on Human Resource management, other management Courses and Public Relations both locally and internationally.


Likinyo Bola did her NYSC at Air Force Military Base, Jos, Plateau State as an Instructor. She started her working career with the Lagos State Government, Ministry of Education as an Instructor and served under Education District II. She rose to the Post of Deputy Director, Education before joining the Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi in January, 2011.

She has participated in numerous conferences and seminars both locally and internationally. She is a prolific writer known for her contributions to scripts and feature writing. She also served as a Minister at the Foursquare Gospel Church, Gbagada, where she holds the positions of General Sunday School Superintendent and Zonal Christian Education Minister. She is dedicated to driving impactful collaborations. Likinyo has a proven track record of achievements, both professionally and within her community.

Achievements/Activities of Partnership Division:

- Organized over 50 courtesy visits with key stakeholders interested in the Institute's research and development services.

- Successfully signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with tertiary institutions and non-governmental organizations to foster collaboration and joint projects.

- Collaborated with various organizations for widespread publicity of the Institute's research and development initiatives.

- Engaged in local government activities to promote the Institute's offerings and foster partnerships for sustainable development.

 

By fostering meaningful partnerships, the Partnership Division aims to drive innovation, create lasting value, and contribute to sustainable job creation and economic growth.
